Hi! I'm Hailey.
I am a red tabby female, which are unusual.   I have been in a foster home for several months.
I was really ill when I came to the shelter.
I had a really bad eye infection and ended up having one of my eyes removed.
My surgery went well other than having a bad reaction to the anesthesia.
They almost lost me! But I am a fighter and pulled through.
My eye doesn't bother me. I run and play with the cats in my foster home.
I am very fond of my foster Mom and her cats. I like to sleep with her.
I enjoy sitting on her shoulder while she works, but have learned to sit on her lap while she works on the computer.
I will need a kitty buddy, since I  don't like to be alone and am not scared of big cats.
I like playing with toys and use my scratching post, sometimes just to climb it.
I am a very sweet, happy and loving kitty. I know my name and will come running to it. I enjoy sleeping in a cat bed.
I will probably be a small cat.

Shelter hours are Tuesdays 5:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Closed Holidays.
