Posting Date:10/30/17 , Approximate Age:18 weeks at date of posting. Hi! My name is Phoenix. I am a sweet little black and white kitten with pretty green eyes. I am about 15 ½ weeks old. I came in to the Humane Society with my brother, Patterson, and sister, Pepper. I am smaller than the two of them and I also have a special front left leg. Because of this, I am now at a foster home. I have made lots of improvements at my foster home, both physically and socially! I am a playful kitten that loves to play with people, other kittens/cats, and by myself. I’m not only playful but I am also a major cuddle-bug! I love to be held and snuggled now (oh how far I’ve come!). I love attention from adults and don’t even mind when the 1 and 3 year old kids at my foster home pet me and throw toys for me to chase. I’m pretty indifferent towards the dogs at my foster home. As I said, I have a special front left leg. It is a bit shorter than my other legs, I’m missing the dewclaw on that paw, and my leg is also mildly deformed. This causes me to hobble when I’m walking. However, when I run, I get going so fast that you barely notice I have a limp! Sometimes I take a break and sit up on my back legs like a prairie dog to look around and check out what’s going on. Overall, I don’t let my special leg slow me down at all. Please give the Humane Society a call to set up a time to come in and meet me! I am one incredibly lovable little kitten!
