Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Male : : Young : : Medium
Hi! I’m Mace. I am currently in a foster home but am brought into the Humane Society during open hours. I was surrendered to another local shelter and then was taken in at the Humane Society. I would not eat any type of food and was get weaker every day. Then I went to a foster home to keep another foster kitten company and see if I would do better in a house rather than at the shelter. After a couple days there, I went to a vet for blood work and it turned out that I needed antibiotics. Less than a week later, I was making huge improvements! I am still a picky eater, but at least I’m eating! Now that I am done with the medicine and I am eating normally, I am getting stronger and more active each day. As I grow, I will likely be a very muscular, strong cat with amazing jumping abilities! I am already showing that I have incredible balance and agility. I love to run and play with the other cats in the house. Obi-Wan, another Humane Society kitten, is here at the foster home with me. He has been a great buddy! I’ve learned how to eat kitty food by watching him and he has been a wonderful, much needed playmate for me. I’m not all running and games, I am also an incredible love bug! I love a nice warm lap (or shoulder!) to curl up on and will purr for hours. I am so incredibly happy to be carried around in your arms or to sit perched on your shoulder. Once I get all of my evening running around done, I want to curl up right next to you (or on you!) in bed. I am GREAT with cats, dogs, and children. I am such a loving cat and truly need to be the center of your affection as I thrive on love and attention. I have been neutered and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Please come meet me! I can’t wait to have my very own person to love with all my heart! More about MaceGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
