Hi, I'm Tubbs. I'm a big black kitty who's had a rough life but still loves belly rubs and head scratches. I was rescued on a super-cold night this winter after hanging around a volunteer's house for awhile. Although I've been living on my own outdoors, you can tell I've been someone's pet. But life has been tough on me; I am FIV-positive and I've had some scrapes out on the street. Being in the shelter is pretty stressful for me, so I would love a place to call home for real. FIV can't be transmitted to humans or to animals other than cats; if you have questions about it, the shelter folks will be glad to answer them, and don't let it stop you from giving me a chance. Please come visit me.
Shelter hours for visitation are Thursday 11am-2pm & Saturday 10am-2pm. Closed Holidays.
